Matthew was born and raised in a small town of less than 20,000 in Southwestern Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University. He served in the Infantry with the Indiana Army National Guard for 6 years. He earned the rank of Sergeant and was able to do one tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2004. He moved to the Charlotte area in 2006 and has lived in Rock Hill since. He met his wife, a Charlotte native, and now has 4 children. He is a Christian and acknowledges Jesus Christ as his Heavenly Father. He gets to serve at Elevation Church in Rock Hill and has been a part of that church for over 12 years.

With a background in residential construction, warranty, and internal quality inspections, Matthew has a unique perspective on home inspections. He now gets to teach and train others from this unique vantage point. He holds a South Carolina Residential Builder's license and is also a licensed home inspector in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Indiana. He also holds a Certified Master Inspector® designation.

He wants to be by your side to be your advocate to make sure that you’re well-informed about the property you’re purchasing, but not overwhelmed by scary language or grandstanding. Matthew treats his clients like friends and family, which is also how he is building his company. He is honored to be able to serve in this great community. One of his biggest desires is to own a company that does not revolve around him, but one where ever team member emulates the mission, vision, values, and culture of the company! Dani Neal - Client Care Coordinator

Lead Client Care Coordinator.

Dani has over 15 years of customer service experience. She loves helping people and problem solving. She is very organized and goal oriented. Her strongest areas of skill are typing, multi tasking, and customer service. If she can help someone with a problem or question and leave them feeling like we genuinely care about them then she have done my job.  She have 2 beautiful daughters that double as my best friends. She gets to be momma to 3 other wonderful children with her husband, Jeff. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She is an animal lover and would take in every single one if I could. She enjoys college football, cook outs, swimming, and just being around the people that she love. She loves summer time and the beach is her happy place.

We would literally fall apart if Dani wasn't holding us together and we're so thankful she's on our team! If you haven't talked to her on the phone to hear her great Lancaster (SC) accent, you will soon!

William was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina. He and his wife Katie moved from NC to live in Noblesville with their son and be closer to Katie's family. William is the reason that Freedom Home Services exists in Raleigh and Indianapolis!

William and Katie have been married for almost 5 years. They are a part of their community wherever they go and love serving.  His hobbies include gardening, hunting, fishing and raising his own food. William has a 10+ year background in construction, primarily in roofing and some in log cabins. His attention to detail and desire to find the best in a home has allowed him to become a very thorough inspector.

He hopes to be able to serve you in any way that you need in our new expansion office in the Greater Indianapolis area!

Thomas Murray - NC/SC Home Inspector

NC Inspector, Drone Certified, Pool & Spa Certified

Born in Tennessee, Thomas grew up in the country in a log house for 12 years and then moved to the city in Columbia, SC. After graduating with a BFA from Winthrop University, he settled in the Charlotte area and now lives in Concord while soon sending off three children into the world. He has been involved with Crossroads Church since 2012 and enjoys playing piano with the worship team there. He also enjoys making wheel thrown ceramics made specifically for enhancing the tasting experience through drink-ware design. Almost since birth, Thomas has enjoyed taking mechanical devices apart and seeing how components work. That desire continued into a career of making repairs and improvements to homes and offices for almost 25 years. Much of the work started coming as a result of home inspection reports. With an eye for seeing how building components work together, he felt it was a natural transition into the home inspection industry. Helping others decide between the big and little issues and show what is most important to correct in building components is what fuels his desire to assist you with your next home transition.

Rachelle Metcalf - Inspector-in-training (NC Licensed) and Environmental Technician, IAC2 Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant

Rachelle claims Kentucky as her home as that is where she went to college, started her military career, and met her husband. She received a scholarship to play softball at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. After softball she joined the ROTC and earned a commission into the Army. After 1 deployment to Afghanistan, she came back to KY and met her husband, Josh. Shortly after marrying, she was assigned to teach military science at Furman University and they decided to put down roots in Rock Hill, SC.

Rachelle is an Army Veteran of 8 years. She was a Ch-47F (Chinook) Helicopter Pilot and ROTC Instructor at Furman University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is a self proclaimed "foodie" and enjoys exploring new restaurants and cooking for friends/family. She and her husband enjoy playing sports, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Rachelle claims Jesus Christ is her Lord and savior. She and her husband attend Impact Church and enjoy serving their church family and community.
