A proper septic inspection should include the tank being pumped to be able to inspect the inside of the tank itself. This is included with our inspection and the reason this inspection is so pricey.
Radon is an odorless, tasteless, and colorless gas that is naturally produced from the decomposition of materials in the ground. The Carolinas do have pockets of high radon. Homes most susceptible are slabs and basements, but no home is immune from high radon. We offer both a continuous radon test and a charcoal based test for an additional fee.
